Wake Forest Health Network Family Medicine - Sunset Avenue seeks a family medicine physician to jointheir well-established and thriving practice of 1 physician and two advanced practice professionals. This is a team-oriented practice with supportive colleagues and well trained clinical and clerical staff that go the extra mile for their patients. The practice offers a great opportunity for a family medicine physician who is desiring a comprehensive outpatient practice including a diverse patient population. Family Medicine - Sunset Avenue has been serving families in the Asheboro and surrounding communities since 1957. We see patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors and provide a wide range of medical services including preventative, acute illness and injury care, chronic disease management and a lab.

SCHEDULE:

• Outpatient only
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5pm
• Full-time providers work 36 patient-facing hours, 4 administrative hours
• Telephone only call, 1 week on a 5 week rotation with nurse triage

REQUIREMENTS:

• MD/DO, BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Successful record of clinical and service excellence
